I made this this morning. This really happened. It was really fun to make, although I don't know when I'll do another one.

My favorite entry from Harper's Weekly this week:

A San Antonio man was embroiled in a three-hour armed standoff with police after he discovered that the price of a Taco Bell Beefy Crunch Burrito had risen from 99 cents to $1.49. "They did used to be 99 cents, but that was just a promotion," said restaurant manager Brian Tillerson.

Crazy Mix 2011

I made this track for this contest. The site challenged all takers to make an 80 second mix using the same 10 sound files. I sampled, chopped, and generally had a great time using Reaper and Reason.

It's interesting how different a lot of the entries are, and also some of the similar sounds that everyone gravitated too.
